Your ASP and any accountant are paid separately — and as a UAE INVOICES HUB customer you get special prices from partner ASPs, shown next to their usual price, and from partner accounting firms if you need one. You choose freely from the full A–Z list; a partner badge never ranks or hides anyone. Our own price is the same for everyone, including clients of accounting firms.

Three parts. One bill.
A monthly package, a price per invoice that follows the work in it, and a one-time set-up — free unless you want a direct link to your system. Your ASP charges its own fee for the exchange and tax reporting.

The price follows the work.
Per invoice: API and the ASP network AED 0.25 · connector or typed AED 0.35 · Excel or CSV AED 0.50 · PDF AED 1.50 · photo or scan AED 2.50 — however it reaches us; WhatsApp and e-mail are free. Each step applies to the invoices inside it: 501–2,500 a month 25% off, above 2,500 40% off. Pay as you go adds ×1.7.

Start free. Integrate by the hour.
Self start is free — files, e-mail, WhatsApp, Excel and CSV, nothing to install. Want a direct link to your system? AED 250 an hour, with the hours estimated and the price shown before any work starts: guided onboarding AED 1,438 (optional) · ready connector AED 2,300 · ERP by API AED 20,125 · new connector AED 23,500. A complex or multi-ERP project never goes above AED 50,000.

01Are prices with VAT?
No. All prices are in AED and exclude VAT.
02Is the ASP included?
No. You choose your ASP and pay its fee to the ASP directly. Partner ASPs — and partner accounting firms, if you need an accountant — give UAE INVOICES HUB customers special prices.
03Do I pay for sending invoices by WhatsApp or e-mail?
No. Sending is free — WhatsApp, e-mail, upload or API. The price depends only on the invoice's format: data, Excel, PDF or a photo.
04Why does the invoice format change its price?
A clean API record needs only checks; a PDF needs AI reading; a photo needs OCR, reading and correction. You pay for the work each one needs — from AED 0.25 to AED 2.50.
05How do the volume steps work?
Invoices 1–500 in a month are at list price, 501–2,500 at 25% off, and every invoice above 2,500 at 40% off. Each step applies to the invoices inside it.
06What is Pay as you go?
No monthly fee: you pay only for invoices, at 1.7 times the list price. It suits a company with very few invoices — 12 PDFs cost about AED 30.60 a month.
07Can I start with Excel exports only?
Yes. Excel and CSV are part of the free self start, and a permanent route — you never have to move to an API.
08How is integration priced?
By the hour, at AED 250. We estimate the hours and show you the price before any work starts; a complex or multi-ERP integration never goes above AED 50,000.
09Do branches and group companies cost extra?
On Business, each extra branch is AED 49 a month. Group covers 3 entities, and AED 290 a month for each extra one; all members' invoices are pooled for the volume steps.

Companies that join by 31 March 2027 get the package free for 3 months, set-up waived, and invoice prices locked for 12 months.
