01Do I need to change my accounting system?
No. Exported Excel or CSV files are a first-class route, and you can forward PDFs, scans and WhatsApp photos too.
02Which ASP do I have to use?
Any ASP you choose. We are not an ASP; we connect to the one you appoint.
03Can invoices be sent automatically?
Yes, if you switch it on — only above your threshold, and never with missing mandatory data.
04Who can see my invoices?
Your team, by permission. Your ASP receives only what it needs to exchange the invoice.
05Can we invite our buyers and suppliers?
Yes, from Buyers & suppliers. You choose whether your company is named; no invoices or amounts are ever shared, and they can stop all invitations in one click. If they join through your link, you earn a referral commission [per programme terms].
